This is to let you know that the lift at the Howdon end of the Tyne Pedestrian and Cyclist Tunnels will be closed for maintenance and repair from 10am to 1pm on Friday, 28th January. The only alternative entrance and exit at Howdon during this short period will be via the escalators which can only be used as stairs.
We apologise for any inconvenience.
